Holiday menu

During my three weeks holiday in Tuscany, I had some nice dishes.  So I came up with the idea to combine the best dishes into a full scale menu, which looks like this

Antipasto: la scarpaccia salata

Primo: spaghettini con le arselle

Secondo: pollo in umido con le olive

Dolce: bomboloni caldi

Over the next few weeks I will publish these recipes, along with some comments.
